Dublin, our last day
Dublin Castle
On our own time we explored the National Museum of Archaeology, Dublin Castle, Christ Church Cathedral, and the Dublinia, Viking Museum.

Our planned farewell evening meal with fellow tour buddies exceeded delicious and the neighboring pub held forth with great music. Several dinner courses were offered us with wine, good conversations and friendships made in a foreign land with people just like us.

Truly, this tour was a fine collection of sights, sounds, and memories of this beautiful land that will stay with us for the remainder of our lives. We feel we have gotten a true taste of not only the life our ancestors lived on this island, but insight into the lives of all of our modern living Irish cousins, too. Well, now we are babbling on like eejits. Let’s just say, we hated to say good-by. Craic, a wee little word we learned, will have to do. Until we meet again.
