Tour of Dublin

Trinity College library and the Book of Kells, which was a masterpiece of artistry, bought us to an even greater respect for the story of Irish enlightenment in a time of European darkness. A beautiful rendition of the Bible created by Irish monks at a time when our other European ancestors languished in the Dark Ages, the book of Kells remains unique. Understandably, the Book of Kells museum does not allow photography.
