Dingle Milltown House
Milltown House
Dingle Town – cozy, cutesy, comfortable, congenial; definitely the highlight of our tour. We want to return! Three nights at the Milltown House brought us the finest of breakfasts, the warmth of the locals, an exquisite dinner with newly-made friends, the smell of peat fires, a comfy bed, lots of little extras not planned for, and even an introduction to the huge Irish wolfhound, Seamus.
Music was never far from our ears and Stephen included several unplanned extras for the group; local author Chef Gleason, a local guitarist, and free samples at the bar made us feel quite at home. The Milltown House even answered our problem of laundry with a, thankfully, quick and cheap wash of the clothes we would need to continue on.
Stephen calling our attention...
... but we did not need to be called for a feast like this
Is there really a pot of gold over there?
